friday~halloween~pulau tikus

on friday,we went to pray to popo. bought food. burned the paper and everything. i was pouring the tea into this bowl (ie. helping mummy) and we topped of everything till it was at the very brim. hah. so mummy was taking seconds for every step to bring the bowl outside. we fed the dogs half the plate of chicken :p

and since we were really 'free' me and mummy bathed the pug and the pug-like dogs :) and we used the sunsilk shampoo. muahaha. there were a few ticks on leo [pug] ... urgh. [note: jingle's ticks/fleas/whatever are damn irritating] and then... we went to check-in ! :} very nice .

me mummy and wei went to look for a non-existent beach. explanation : gurney hotel's sea front. but lately the erosion's sped up. so what used to be a 15m stretch of sand is now a 15m stretch of mud-sludge. this grey black thing. it doesn't look that bad during high tide. but it looks damn gross during low. like you can't believe. the whole stretch is just grey with hundreds of mudskippers everywhere. or maybe thous. and anyway we got tired after a while. so we went to gurney plaza. i bought this marley shirt :] and then we went back to change and go to this halloween stage thing at the connection between g hotel and gurney plaza.

there was this dance performance. damn cool. shuffling,i mean. but the guys were really nervous and everything, one wasn't very smooth..




let me introduce you to mummy and wei :]

anyway, that was the only highlight of the whole event. which we only stood for like half. i can't believe mummy made me watch the costume comp -.- it was tragically ergh. like all people below 12. but there was this twelvy who i thought was 16 or sth.anyway she was in this crazy sailormoon-sakura-ish thing with wings and a tail! like o god. haha. oo. they were feathery and light pink blue and white. i kept staring at them o.o and this feathery ish yellow thing that's sort of an outside bra,like superman's outside underwear :] heh. anyway,she didn't win anything.and she looked pissed too, once she got on stage.

anyway we went to eat dinner at the night market [or whatever] ,it's the one they show on the penang commercial [here]. but it's not as... pazaz-y they show the sky and everything but not the floor. hah!. mmm. see koe teng. and laksa.

ok, by friday right. me and mummy got very fat :]. i guess that isn't a good thing, but its the holidays anyway :p and i know how weird that sounds.. by friday. since we only got there thursday. but we seriously gluttoned .

during dinner. this family of 3 sat opposite us [me] and i was glazing in their direction. and the son was in front of me. very cool shorts. the retro billabong kind. but very out of place. anyway the dad kept staring at me -.- ' like hell, i think he thought i was staring at his son or whatever,which was so not the case

anyway, after dinner we went back to the hotel. well just me aunty M and mummy. huiling and

wei hung around. and so... well, took a shower i think.and read my book. and then we went to popo's house again..

just hung around mostly, if we did anything at all. sat for a while snapped pics. la la la.

so anyway ,

when we got back to the hotel it was around eleven i think or maybe twelve. guess how i spent my halloween night! :} heehee. me and mummy went to the hotel bar. o, the punch sucked and so did the cocktail. and the singer was screaming halloween songs into the mic. but at least i can say i went to a bar. haha. however mellow..
